As the part of learning Action Script, I tried a voice recorder and a MP3 player in Flash + Action Script 3. To put these two tools together somewhere, created a Facebook App, where you can record your 30 sec voice and share your voice status in your wall. The mp3 player will play when your Friends click on the play button.
There are some other apps already in the market which does this from mobile phone (eg: Yiip)
This is not a commercial one, just part of a study.
